EAST+ OPC Innovation Community

Built on the Yangtze River Delta (Wuxi) International Talent Hub, EAST+ is the region’s first international empowerment platform dedicated to OPCs, or one-person companies, with a focus on AI applications and global market services. It supports technology- and product-led founders in building new productive capacity through lean teams, deep technology, rapid iteration and global reach. To address high costs, operational overload, limited resources and the challenge of going global, EAST+ works with universities, investors and ecosystem partners to provide product validation, technology collaboration and financing connections. A diverse AI+ cluster is taking shape here, creating a launch harbor where one person can build a global business.

Blue Whale Residency Program

Designed for international technology teams at proof-of-concept and early commercialization stages, the two-week immersive residency connects founders with Wuxi companies, universities, research platforms, investors and urban use cases.
