Place the method inside China’s two-wheel mobility industry
Sifra Energy founder and CEO Dr. Xuelu Wang and project partner Rémi Papon came to Wuxi to explore AI battery testing and health assessment. Their objective was not a quick demonstration, but a clear understanding of priority use cases and an executable PoC path.

At the Wuxi Industrial Innovation Research Institute, the team discussed genuine demand, the transition to new standards, management of existing lithium batteries and support through PoC and early research funds.

At the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of High-end Energy Storage Products (CEST), the team examined mainstream testing processes, decision use and the balance between standards and efficiency.
Compare manufacturing and channel systems
Tailg highlighted service stores, responsibility assessment, repair, replacement and pre-recycling decisions. Yadea focused on safety, lifetime, consistency and integration into engineering and quality systems. Together they offered two distinct validation perspectives.

Zero-carbon mobility scenarios and the Taihu Smart Mobility platform revealed how battery assessment could connect with charging infrastructure, operations and city-level data governance.
Match technology with capital timing
At the Yingyue Lake Innovation Forum, Dr. Wang presented the cross-industry challenges of battery health data—from manufacturing and use to second life and recycling—and discussed validation and market entry with investors and founders.
Turn field learning into a university-industry next step
A final project workshop with Professor Mao Mingxuan of Wuxi University explored cooperation across energy control, power conversion, photovoltaics, storage and AI algorithms.
